I have a passion for helping buyers and sellers succeed and reach a successful transaction closing. I have handled hundreds of transactions throughout Northern Colorado since being licensed in 2001. For the majority of my career I was employed at the region’s top real estate firm, and in 2024 I launched NoCo Modern Real Estate to bring this customizable, fresh approach to real estate transactions that better suits the requirements of buyers and sellers.
